We started on the south side of the mountain, at Idyllwild to be exact. Then we hiked up towards Saddle Junction I believe (I need to check out the map), and alternated between finding and losing the trail in the Spring snow till we totally lost it, and camped somewhere around 8,000 ft. The next day we hike up the peak just South of San Jacinto just to see where exactly we were, then hiked down to the cable station, double-backed, got a little lost, and eventually hiked out.

Yes, there was a fun story to the mountain excursion before I starting shooting Bartz dolls.
